Income generating initiatives are an important part of our overall philosophy to become as self sustaining as possible.  These activities also encourage involvement from the community.

Tailoring:  Our tailor makes all the school uniforms and other items to sell at tourists outlets in town.  We also do mending and other bespoke work.  Olga’s Italian Restaurant supports us by selling some of our tailored items.

Chicken Farm: We try to raise approximately 100 chickens every 3 to 4 weeks. We also sell the chicken manure, as well as fertilise our own garden and fruit trees.  

IT: With the donation of several computers we have begun IT lessons with the children and also opened up IT classes to adult and high school students who pay a fee to the school.
